Registered Manager
Our Registered Manager is a seasoned Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the NHS. They oversee clinical governance, staff training, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of care and compliance.
Director of Operations
With a background in business management and healthcare, our Director of Operations leads the day-to-day running of the agency, focusing on service delivery, staff development, and client satisfaction.
Care Coordinators & Support Staff
Our Care Coordinators are the bridge between clients, families, and carers—ensuring schedules are met, care plans are followed, and any concerns are addressed promptly. They play a vital role in maintaining our service standards and building trusted relationships.
Care Assistants
Our care assistants are the heart of Care Stewards. Each one is carefully selected, DBS-checked, and trained to meet Care Certificate standards. Beyond qualifications, we seek individuals with genuine empathy, respect for others, and a passion for supporting independence and dignity. They deliver a full range of services, including personal care, companionship, medication support, and respite care.
